Exfoliating face wash.?

I started using this, and the first time it made my skin really smooth. But every time since, it's made my skin really dry, I have dry skin on one cheek and my forehead. Is this from the face wash?Exfoliating face wash.?
yes. nowadays there are few cleansers and scrubs which work immediately on your skin but as time passes by, you will face the consequenses as dry flaky skin. these are caused by excessive chemical and also bleaching contents where the products promises to bring a smooth skin to your face, it is all lies. as you know. bleaching is a corrosive chemical which can corrode your skin from inside and slowly on the surface. don't get cheated by some products in the market.

As a guideline, follow these steps:

- determine which group your skin b'longs to (oily,dry...)

-read the ingredients(avoid products with too much chemicals and alcohol. also fragrance, smell the product)

- for the best results, buy cleansers which is made up by natural sources like The Body Shop)

The Body Shop is a largest beauty chain outlets in all over the world where their products are base on 100 % natural flowers,herbs....

their Tea Tree %26amp; Seaweed skin regimen is the best for oily, blemish and normal skin. they won't dry your skin and will alwiz keep your skin flawless.Exfoliating face wash.?
It could be from the face wash, or just from anytime you've washed your face with any soap. I recommend buying an oil free moistuizer and put only a very little bit on your face every morning after you use your exfoliating wash. (go to clinique.com for great moisturizers.) (also, another good exfoliating face wash is Neutrogena Face Wash with Invigorating Microbeads.)
YES you have taken the natural oils out of your skin.

Take one weekend and wash your face really well on the Friday night apply a good skin cream and leave it on, don't wash your face all weekend and see how you feel Monday morning. Then use only a non drying soap like Dove or OLAY, some soap that has no alcohol in it. you'll feel better.
The exfoliating face wash might be too strong and dried out your skin if you use it in daily basis.

After exfoliating, you Must apply toner to close the pores and a moisturizer to help you restore and maintain skin moisture.

I suggest that you use this face wash only twice a week from now.
Okay I am having the same problem!!! I bought a really expensive exfoliator and used it my skin went super dry and I broke out in pimples well only 5...but I never get pimples...I contacted the company and they sent me heaps of their foundations, mascaras, eyeliners and even a perfume all full sizes! it seriously would've been $500.00's worth!!!

So i recommend you ring the company and complain! When I look at it now it was worth having dry skin and 5 pimples for a couple of weeks for all the free stuff i got haha :)

Hope this helps in a way.
its healthy to exfoliate... but we dnt expect to exfoliate everyday unless your skin is acne prone...

exfoliate 2-3x/ week only.... if dryness occur, decrease the frequency...or even discontinue..

skin renews itself in 30- 60 days so its most wise to exfoliate periodically only...

apply moisturizer for now... exfoliate the oily regions only...
it could be... thats what they do, dry out your pores. i use to use suff like that and the min. i stop useing it i broke out like you can not believe. the best stuff to wash your face with is just reg. soap and water!
Try after using the face wash using a moisturizer. this will help your skin from looking dry. when you wash your face you are trying to get deep into pores to remove dirt, this can dry out your skin if you don't moisturize!
ya may be it is because of your face wash or the changing weather. 1stly try changing your face wash. sometimes face wash don suites to the skin. try a new face wash like peach milk or dry skin face wash.
Maybe you should cut back to using this face-wash once a week. That might help.
maybe u over wash ur face using exfoliating facial wash....try to stop to use that product
