Question about exfoliating face?

What is the appropriate age for you to exfoliate?


Does the St. Ives Apricot Scrub work as a face cleanser as well?


If not, should I buy the Apricot Cleanser along with it?

You can exfoliate at any age. And yes those products work great, I use them!Question about exfoliating face?
you should not do anything to your face while your young, enjoy it for bettter or worse.





i've gone through every scrub and face wash in the universe and my face was ruined.





until last year, i was told to leave it and wash it morning and night with water and towel dry and put nothing on it and see if it improves, and it did!





so try not using anything besides an acne gel, which is what i do.





and i do wear makeup occassionally and nothing happens to it, my skin is as beautiful as it never was all thanks to NOTHING! :)

I think starting around puberty is a good age to start exfoliating. St. Ives Apricot Scrub is probably too harsh to use every day as a face cleanser. A lot of people like the St Ives Apricot Scrub but personally it didn't really improve anything.
