Should I use a cleanser every day and then every third day substitute in an exfoliating scrub during the night? I've been using the Neutrogeana fresh foaming scrub twice a day thinking it is the same as a normal face wash.
Seeing now that it isn't I'm looking for a daily face wash then...would a gel or cream face wash be better? Any ideas if this is the best method? Also, any opinions on brand of face wash / scrub is helpful. I heard St. Ives is a good scrub...Should I use a face cleanser AND exfoliating scrub?
dont use st ives, its cr**.
please test out products youself and find out. by the way your cleansing routine is fine!
